The purpose of this study is to develop an objective view of the needs of the Bukharan Jewish Community in Queens and to suggest a strategic direction for meeting the community's needs. This study was commissioned by the leadership of the New York Jewish community to provide a platform or basis for action to help this important community meet the needs of its members.
