Ten years have now passed since the Toronto Jewish community established its Bureau of Jewish Education, and a tenth anniversary provides an opportunity for stocktaking and evaluating. This report asks, what has the Bureau accomplished in the ten years of its existence? What were the problems it encountered? How were some of them solved and what are the problems which are still waiting for solution?
