A Report of The Self-Study of The College of Jewish Studies

College of Jewish Studies, June 1967

This report is the result of three years of work by the faculty and staff of The College of Jewish Studies in Chicago, Illinois. It speaks to the questions posed in the Guide for The Evaluation of Institutions of Higher Education. It also speaks to a broader question of how the study of general and Judaic disciplines at institutions of higher Jewish learning might be approached. The report describes and details the institution, its organization and administration, the faculty, curriculum and instruction, the library, student personnel, financial and business operations.
