By Lionel J. Simmonds

Jewish Communal Service Association of North America (JCSA), National Conference of Jewish Social Service, June 1929

Children with mental health problems were often ignored and misunderstood in the educational system. This took place in Edenwald, a removed location with the New York City limits.
