The Significance of the November 2011 IAEA Report on Iran

After years of built-up evidence, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed in November 2011 that Iran is seriously developing a nuclear weapons program. The author encourages the IAEA to garner support for sanctions against Iranian nuclear development, but expresses the belief that to expect decisive measures may be unrealistic.
