Opposed Outlooks Shared Fears

Jews in America increasingly feel unable to address Israel, caught between oppositional camps - Israel apologists and those who feel the moral imperative to criticize Israel's excesses and violence. If these discussions are to happen, and they must, it must begin with an acknowledgment of the fears shared by all. For work must be done, as Israel is in trouble, and time is not on her side.
