Race, Fear, Futility

We need to talk about race. We need to talk about our nation's failure to resolve or even adequately to address the crisis, and about the growing strain between two communities, between America's Jews and African-Americans. The fact is, there are two Americas, one for whites, one for blacks, separate and unequal, and until America's Jews dedicate themselves to repairing this separation, these former allies will drift further and further apart.
