Aligning Values and Policies

Establishing a balance between work and family life is difficult but possible. Ironically, Jewish organizations fail to establish the conditions that enable employees to establish a work/life balance. Jewish institutions must take questions of work/life balance and employee value seriously. Although progress is being made, more remains to be accomplished.
