Creating Effective Environments for Teenage Programming

To create an effective environment for teenage programming, Jewish Community Centers need to understand the changing nature of the transmission of ethnic identity, the psychological needs of teenagers, the Center environment necessary to attract and involve teens, and the issues on which teen programming should focus.
