The New Vocational Counseling Consumer

This article charts some of the factors influencing the appearance of a new consumer of educational and vocational services. The author points in particular in to social changes that are encouraging women to enter the labor market, federal legislation which mandates equal opportunity for women, and medical advances that lead to longer life.
