Seeking Visions in a Contradictory Time

By Bethamie Horowitz

Forward Association, August 25, 2006

The author analyzes the split that has occurred in the wider Jewish community due to conflicting opinions on the Israeli government's policies. The Jewish community seems to have split into two main groups. The first group fully supports Israel and believes that all of the nation's actions are justified, while those in the other group distance themselves as they are still uneasy with Israel's past actions and policies.
