This report documents the proceedings of the fifteenth annual meeting of the Jewish Publication Society of America, which took place on May 24, 1903, in the Keneseth Israel Temple in Philadelphia, PA. Among the topics discussed are: distribution figures for previous publications; developing plans for "juvenile books," i.e. children's books; organizational growth and membership data; new publications; the ongoing Bible translation project; and the unanimous adoption of resolutions reacting to a massacre of Jews at Kishnieff. The proceedings of the meeting are outlined, and members nation-wide are listed by name, by state of residence. The Society's charter and by-laws are also included.
