This report documents the proceedings of the eighteenth annual meeting of the Jewish Publication Society of America, which took place on May 6, 1906, in the Keneseth Israel Temple in Philadelphia, PA. Among the topics discussed are: a sharp drop in membership; funding for the ongoing Bible translation project; the process of evaluating new manuscripts; and a proposal to scrap the American Jewish Year Book in favor of a triennial publication. The proceedings of the meeting are outlined, and the Society's charter and by-laws are also included.
