This document provides excerpts of testimony (and documentation discussed therein) at hearings of the House Committee on Immigration and Naturalization which occurred on Friday, March 11, 1910. Those testifying opposed further restrictions on immigration to the US. The statements recorded in full were given by Cyrus L. Sulzberger, Louis Marshall, Abram I. Elkus, and Max J. Kohler, all from New York. Dialogue between the Congressmen on the Committee and those testifying is also recorded.
