This report documents the proceedings of the twenty-third annual meeting of the Jewish Publication Society of America, which took place on May 21, 1911, in the Keneseth Israel Temple in Philadelphia, PA. Among the topics discussed are: a large increase in membership; a report on the ongoing Bible translation project; and new publications, including two new volumes of Louis Ginzberg's "Legends of the Jews". The proceedings of the meeting are outlined, and members nation-wide are listed by name, by state of residence. The Society's charter and by-laws are also included, along with a list of JPS publications.
