This report documents the proceedings of the twenty-eighth annual meeting of the Jewish Publication Society of America, which took place on May 7, 1916, at Dropsie College in Philadelphia, PA. Among the topics discussed are: organizational growth; eulogies for Solomon Schechter and Joseph Jacobs; the publication of the new translation of the Bible; and an address, reprinted in full, by Jacob H. Schiff. The proceedings of the meeting are outlined, and members nation-wide are listed by name, by state of residence. The Society's charter and by-laws are also included, along with a list of books issued by the JPS.
