The Planning Process in the Jewish Family Agency:

By Ellen DelMonte

Jewish Communal Service Association of North America (JCSA), September 1982

Agency-based planning can help make those services which remain after the budget cuts more effective in addressing client needs. In Journal of Jewish Communal Service, 59:1.
