The World, The Workplace, and the Worker

By Solomon Greenfield

Jewish Communal Service Association of North America (JCSA), December 1982

The author responds to a recent survey of Jewish Community Center (JCC) workers, which revealed that forty percent indicated that they intended to leave the Center field in the next few years. The author points out that two of the reasons for wanting to leave the Center field were lack of professional satisfaction and lack of advancement. In Journal of Jewish Communal Service, 59:2.
