A More Robust Education

By Marion Gribetz

Jewish Family & Life (JFL Media), March 2008

The author urges that we must create Jewish communities where discourse and opinion about Israel are welcomed and nurtured. Only in such an environment can students develop the "muscle" for comfortable debate and the exchange of ideas. She concludes that our educational system must create laboratories of experimentation and study from which children will emerge standing firmly on a platform from which to soar into the world.
