By David Teutsch

Jewish Family & Life (JFL Media), October 2004

In this column, part of the Sigi Ziering series on the ethics of leadership, the author discusses the political influence of American Jews, such as through lobbying, voting and social action. He concludes that while our opinions diverge on many issues, our impact as a group has increased the quality and quantity of political discourse and modeled the powerful potential of organizational and personal political engagement.
