The Muddy Windshield

By Einat Wilf

Jewish Family & Life (JFL Media), November 2004

Einat Wilf reflects on her experience as part of an Israeli generation that has grown up without the same inspiration as her parents and grandparents had to build the future of Israel. Rather, she wants to live in a state that works to make meaningful contributions to the world, where Jews will mobilize their collective talents to forge a common vision of Jewish life that is global and multidimensional. She argues that social justice is necessary aspect of Israeli society that will help reach these goals.
