Creating the Jewish Learner in the 21st Century

The author reports results of a survey of 47 supplementary Hebrew schools designed to ascertain the ways in which (and extent to which) technology and the internet are used. He reports that while technology is being used in certain limited ways, much more ought to be done to bring Jewish part-time education up to the state of the art.
