By Fritz Rohrlich

Eugene Borowitz, January 20, 1978

The author reports what he saw on a visit to Poland, where 8,000 Jews remain in a country once home to 3.5 million Jews. He finds the Jewish cemetery, a few synagogues, and a successful Yiddish theater whose audiences are mostly composed of non-Jews.
