Yoga as a Way to Kavannah

There are many aspects of yoga that parallel Judaism, or can be used to enhance prayer and spiritual experiences. This does not mean that everything in yoga is compatible with Jewish thought; there is a difference between the Eastern mysticism's discipline and its religions.
